Undang-undang yang baru ini dianggap lebih relevan dengan perkembangan iklim bisnis dan investasi di Indonesia. Penyempurnaan tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran perseroan terbatas dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional serta memberikan landasan yang kokoh bagi dunia usaha dalam menghadapi perkembangan
